1. Agreement to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Resonant Intelligence LLC (“Symbiosis”, “we”). By creating an account or using Symbiosis, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who can use Symbiosis
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Symbiosis is currently offered by invitation, and features, availability, and supported platforms may change while the product is under active development.
3. Your account
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, contact us right away.
4. Your content and permissions
Your conversations, contacts, and chats stay yours. So that Symbiosis can work for you, you give us a limited license to store and process the content you connect — solely to provide, secure, and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Only connect content you have the right to use, and respect the privacy of the people in your conversations. Do not use Symbiosis to violate anyone’s rights, privacy, or safety.
5. AI-generated assistance
Symbiosis produces AI-generated drafts, reminders, and suggestions. They can be incomplete or wrong. You decide what to send and what to act on, and you are responsible for those decisions.
6. Acceptable use
When you use Symbiosis, you agree not to:
- break the law or help anyone else break it;
- harass, harm, or deceive others;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- resell the service or scrape it without our permission.
7. Fees and billing
Some Symbiosis plans are paid. If you subscribe to one, you agree to the price and billing period shown at checkout, and your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Checkout, subscription changes, and payments are handled by our billing provider, Clerk, and its payment processor. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the pricing page in the web app.
During the paid alpha, refund requests are handled manually through our payment processor. Email support@insymbiosis.ai to request a refund.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Symbiosis at any time and delete your account from the Symbiosis app’s settings on iPhone or Mac, or by emailing support@insymbiosis.ai. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service or its users.
9. Disclaimers
Symbiosis is provided “as is.” While the product is in active development we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symbiosis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version here and update the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects your rights, we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect.
